How to take part
Check the property
We email you the finca and plano numbers. You or your lawyer can check the owner, any liens and the plano at the Registro Nacional. Notices can contain mistakes.
Get legal advice
A Costa Rican lawyer can read the case file, confirm the auction is valid and explain what you must deposit to bid.
Bid at the court
Go to the court on the date and time shown. If nobody bids, the next round follows at a lower base price.
